About me

Since graduating from a Physical Theatre MA in 2013, I have co-founded and successfully run an international touring company, Haste Theatre. We have won numerous awards, devised 4 original shows, are an Arts Council funded company, and create and deliver drama/acting workshops to a wide range of ages from primary school to professionals. Visit for more info.

I am highly skilled in comedy, physical storytelling, multi-rolling, children's theatre, drag, improv and audience interaction, but also in deeper, emotional roles. I am now looking to expand my practice in the industry.

“Sophie Taylor’s a natural comedian... an easy gift for audience interaction”
- San Diego Tribune

“played with comic perfection” - Adrian Johnson, Storytelling Laureate for Birmingham

“these highly trained and gifted professionals are... at the top of the game in acting, singing, dance, playing instruments and script-writing”
-Ruth Gledhill, writer for The Times, on The Hideout
