    The Performance Factory Management (TPFM) is a talent agency based in South Wales specialising in up and coming talent. We represent both children and adult actors in film, Television and theatre as well as radio, modelling, commercials and voice work.

    TPFM is currently accepting suggestions from all types of potential clients. No restriction on sex, age or ethnicity.
