  Just Right Management ethos is to supply the industry only with clients who are deemed ‘Just Right’ for that particular job.
  
  It is run by Chelle Just who has been frustrated by the complete mismatch of talent submitted for many roles within the business. Chelle, an entertainment professional with over 10 years industry experience, provides a very tailored approach to casting submissions. This means the artistes will not be wasting their time and money attending auditions they do not fit the brief for and the same can be said for the casting professionals.
  
  Frustration levels will be kept to a minimum on all sides. In essence Just Right Management will have a stronger relationship of trust with the casting directors, which means when we do submit artistes for particular roles they are more likely to be selected.
  
  Just Right Management aims to represent only a small selection of clients in order to provide a tailored personal management approach.
  
  Please note: We are not an extras agency and we do not charge registration fees.
