About me

I am very much a 'people' person and enjoy interaction with the public. I'm a strong team player but can also get the best out of a team when I'm leading!
I'm pro-active, with good communication skills both personally and on the phone. I'm capable of self-motivation and have a confident, outgoing personality.
I'm a good public speaker and presenter, having conducted numerous seminars and business presentations. I have both worked on and provided staff for Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, County Shows, Special Events, Road Shows etc.

I have worked on, as well as provided staff, for various in-store promotions, and Road Shows, sampling & demonstrating. I Event Managed the New Isuzu Truck Launch at a number of Thames Valley Dealers and promoted a specialised hand-held twin head massager at the Badminton Horse Trials. I also have considerable knowledge and experience in Corporate Hospitality, Silver Service and running
a bar.
I have an up to date Food Hygene Certificate and am computer literate.
I also do skin work as well as being a professional voice over artist.

Promotion work has featured in my life for well over 15 years but I initially began on a part time basis.
I worked for Flair Event Marketing on the World Tax Conference and again at the Ideal Home Exhibition in 2002. I now freelance for a number of agencies, both as an area Manager booking staff and working as a team leader at numerous events for their various clients: - Ideal Home Exhibition for Delmonte; The Xmas Good Food Exhibition for Greenall's London Dry Gin; Vitality Show ('03 - '06) on Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice & Splenda (Reduced calorie sweetener); Henley Royal Regatta (Event Manager (5 yrs)) for Greenall's, Delmonte & Codorniu (Spanish Sparkling Cava) Wyke Farms promoting their cheeses and The New Covent Garden Food Co promoting their new Juice range.
