| Hi all Due to the current state of the housing market, my landlord has decided to take his property of the market and re-let the rooms in the house. Not only that, I've been given the task of finding new tenants! So I'm looking for two females and possibly one other male (dependant on landlords stipulations) to complete the house share. The property is in Greenwich, and is a 5 minute walk from Maze Hill Station, with excellent transport links into London (15 mins to London Bridge and 25 mins to Cannon St. or Charring Cross) Trains run every few minutes. It's also a 5 minute walk to Greenwich Park, and 15 minutes to the center of Greenwich. Local amenities are great, and within a 5 minute stroll there are plenty of shops, restaurants, take-aways and pubs etc, with a rather large Sainsburys just down the road. Parking spaces are available right outside the entrance door. The house itself could do with a litle redecoration, but the location more than makes up for that. There are two double rooms available, and the possibility of a third smaller single room (as yet to be decided) Rent for the double rooms is £433.00 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills & wi-fi. The single room (if let) will certainly be cheaper. Minimum term is 3 months. Rooms are part furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk / chair & chest of drawers. Shared living room, kitchen & bathroom. Washer & dryer, small living room balcony, gas ch, microwave, digital TV & most mod cons etc etc And the house itself is located within a secure building on a small estate. It looks abit council but it's actually fine ;o) As for me, I'm currently working as a Casting Associate for a film company and am in the process of setting up my own company. I'm incredibly easy going, clean & tidy, and love to relax in the evenings with a bottle of vino! As it will be down to me to make sure the rent is paid on time, I'm looking for responsible people who won't mess me around.
