On the positive side, you're good, you look good on screen, and you have a few nicely filmed clips showing range and contrast.

Now... I took the time to watch it right through...however, in its present state I am not convinced the industry would do the same.

Opening montage is way too long. Too many clips and bits where you are doing nothing much to impress the viewer (CD's and agents) As a casting dep, they assume you can walk, run, look serious, turn your head etc. Let's get to the acting much sooner.

I thought there were also quite a few unnecessary "extra" clips. Because of this, it looks as though you have "padded" the reel out somewhat....and yes whilst it's been neatly edited... you have to consider who is viewing. I have only watched it once, and purposely given you my view based on just one viewing - I am pretty certain you could carefully cut it right down to the best bits...and you would still come across really well, probably even better, with no more than around 2.5 minutes total run time. If you have lots more very contrasting clips...make the reel longer....but if you are just doing the same thing from one scene to the other....no point. You won't get marked down for not having lots of scenes.

The reel would then be very slick and "straight to the point" You could add on 10-15 seconds of montage (differing looks) at the end if you must.

To me, a reel is for CD's, agents, directors, and producers etc.....not mates or us. It's a business tool....it does not need to be anything more than that.

I watched it right through, and thought you were good....and you come over well on screen....but I feel sure a busy casting dep looking at their shortlist of 20 actresses, to show to the important and busy director who is relying on them to show them the ideal actress....will get bored in its current state....where as us actors will take the time to view it right through.....but it's not us you are trying to impress.

Be more brutal & businesslike with the editing, in order to give yourself a good chance, and I think you have the makings of an excellent reel.
