| Hello all! I am starting a theatre company with some fellow grad students and we are wanting to collaborate with a young, up-and-coming writer to produce a new peice of work. We have some funding underway, and so it is a case of finding a writer who will fit well with us and shares the same drive. Potentially it could be fantastic exposure and a great experience to collaborate with some young actors. I have emailed the royal court, soho, various university courses, joined bushgreen and had a few responses, but I am still keen to discuss with a few more. Any ideas of other forums, groups, courses etc where I can leave my details/ideas??? I know there are many writers out there,but I just cant seem to find 'em!! Best wishes, Emma X | ||

| Why don't you contact some of the writers groups on Meetup like Off The Page (just google Meetup) and I'm sure you'll find loads of applicants. There are at least a half dozen on there. | |

| Hi Emma, As well as wanting to be an aspiring actor, I greedily write as well. I would be eager to discuss what kind of ideas, group and opportunities you are looking at. I also, am a recently graduated student and as far as playwriting goes, have a steady experience. Oddly enough, I have just sent in works to bushgreen as well as theatre 503. | Hi I have written 9 pro plays which have now been seen at over 180 UK theatres including the aviation comedy 'Club Class' and for the Rose Theatre 'A Rose without a Thorn'. Very interested. Call me on 07946 904208. I also have my own casting and rehearsal space. | |

| Come join the Lucky Dogs- we're a writers group who hold regular reading meetings. We're not doing meetings for a little while, but you can still submit a requirement to me and I'll put it in the newsletter. Also, I've seen "Club Class"- very funny, saw it when Tim Macavoy was in it. | |
