| Hi, I've just got a new haircut and wanted to have a new picture to reflect it as it looks quite different from before. However, I really like my headshots and have often been complimented on how much they look like me. My new picture was taken by my boyfriend (with a professional camera, he is starting photography) and I don't know whether to have it as my default image or whether to leave it in my portfolio and simply refer employers to it? I would be grateful for any advice or comments. For the moment I have set the new picture as my default so you can see it easily. Thanks, Fayale | ||

| I think it's absolutely lovely - really shows a warmth and friendliness. Sometimes, when you know the photographer, you can be at your ease more and they can capture a side of you that a professional photographer may not do. My dad did mine for that very reason! And if they have the ability and the equipment to provide the same result then I think it's all gravy. Really lovely headshot. xx | |
