| Hi everyone. Just wondered if anyone could help. I notice that CCP has suggested more and more people are using colour headshots, however, Spotlight still go for black and white. I'm getting new shots done this week and the photographer had asked if they were to be colour. Does anyone know what the new rules are (unwritten ones obviously!)? Editorial comment The CCP default settings are still black and white, so to maximise your visibility you will need a B&W professional headshot on your CCP profile. |

| Also, though Spotlight's book page is in black & white (for ease of printing I'm guessing), the Interactive page on the net can be in colour.
Most photographers take the photos in colour and can be easily transferred into black & white so I would ask for them, as I think they make a really difference - especially with my colour hair! haha |

| Most photographers usually give you copies of the same photos on disc in black and white and colour if you ask nicely. So then you can choose between them for specific jobs. |
