| Tim Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Auditions Win a FREE place at The Actor Works. One free place on each of our main courses to be won. On our NEW vocational course: The One Year Intensive Full Time Evening and Weekend Course and our leisure/foundation course: The One Year Part Time Evening Course This year's audition will run on Saturday 5th June at The Actor Works, Raine House, Raine Street, Wapping, London, E1W 3RJ Auditionees will: need to arrive at 10am for a 10.30am start and expect to be at the venue until at least 5pm have learned and prepared two contrasting speeches - one from an Elizabeth/Jacobean play and one from a play written after 1990 dress in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing which will not restrict movement understand fully the ethos of The Actor Works and have a keen interest in becoming part of its company The audition will run in stages beginning with performance of speeches in front of two different panels; then a workshop; then a final performance of one speech. At each stage, unsuccessful applicants will be able to go home. IMPORTANT The winner of each scholarship MUST accept the place on the day, so please be very sure that you wish to commit to full time training. Fee-paying places may be offered on the day, but DO NOT have to be accepted immediately. Scholarships are not transferable. There is no audition fee on this day.
