HannahChalmers 3 posts last on: 02/02/12 send private reply	Sharing with 7 great housemates all in their 20s, including 2 actor/writers, 1 actress, an NFTS student and 3 other lovely housemates with more normal jobs. The rent for the room is £355pm and we pay £80pm for bills, so £435 including bills. Big homely house with garden (lots of BBQs in the summer) & free street parking. Just off Lordship Lane which has lots of great bars and restaurants. 10min walk to North Dulwich, 15min walk/5min bus to East Dulwich station. 1 min walk to bus stop with buses 12, 40, 176, 185, 197 going to Elephant & Castle, Oxford Circus, London Bridge, Waterloo, Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Oval, Vauxall, Victoria, Monument, Aldgate, Peckham, Forest Hill, Camberwell. About a 45 minute journey to the West End. 1 min walk to Sainsburys local, bank & library. It is a very sociable house, everyone gets on really well and we have a lot of laughs. I'm moving out because I'm leaving London to live with my boyfriend. I'm quite sorry to be moving out, but I shall be returning for Birthday parties and BBQs.

[I've nothing against Greenwich, it's lovely, but the place i've moved into is a pig sty and I need to get out!!!!] Would you mihd if I came to have a look at the property? I'm on 07519 358065 I need to know when you are moving out and when I would be able to move in. April would be best for me, if that's okay? Many thanks Gareth Dowson
