| I've got myself some work in Peterborough for eight days in April. Yay, etc. Pleased. But, it's quite modestly paid, and there's no travel or accommodation expenses available. I *could* drive up and back every day (I'm in Essex), and annoyingly that might well be the cheapest option, but it's hardly ideal - a lot of driving. So, I'm looking for somewhere very (really, very!) cheap to stay. At the moment, it's looking like the nearby Travelodge (£19 a night if I book early enough, not bad) - but the nearest one has no car park, so I'd be paying for the council carpark every night. I guess I'm basically looking for options and suggestions, in case I haven't considered all possibilities. A long shot, but worth the ask, I thought. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, one and all :) | ||
