| Downloading/installing an image converting program, such as pixillion image converter (for free) would do the trick. You can then open an image using that program and save it at a different size. | |

| I don't know if it's right, but I usually go to the programme 'paint', then click on 'image' and 'resize and skew.' Under resize, it will say 'horizontal' and 'vertical' next to percentages - it will currently say 100%. You can then shrink the pic to whatever percentage you want. | |

| Hi there : if you don't have Paint, it's really easy in the standard Windows Microsoft Office Picture Manager. 1. Open your photo 2. Click EDIT PICTURES 3. Under CHANGE PICTURE SIZE, select COMPRESS At the bottom of the box where the Compress options are displayed, it tells you the current size of your photo and the various sizes if you choose any of the options given (i.e. Documents, Web pages, E-mail) 4. IMPORTANT : Save your altered file under a DIFFERENT NAME otherwise you will lose your high def file. Better still, create a copy under another name (like "Photo 1 for email") before you start the process, then you can't go wrong. Good luck with your application. Maggie | |
