| Hello!! I have a flat in Bermondsey, which is just on the edge of zone 2/1. We have a double room going, and its available asap. You would be living with two other English girls, both from a Theatrical background. I am a actress, my other housemate is a teacher, but completed a BA with me in acting so we share similar interests, and understand "the buisness." :) The flat is split level, really regular buses from right outside our flat into central London, really safe as it drops you back off a few metres from the flat. Also Tube access 10min walk. Rent is approx £460, this includes council tax and phone line with internet. amazing value for a property this close to town. Gas and Electric are separate, but so far have been working out as really good value. The contract is until the end of June, however it is also possible to extend when it finishes.
