| Hello all this is a call to all you poets and creative types out there. At the beginning of the year I began a project to get 100 poems performed in 100 days. So far we have had 16 days of great poetry from all over the world and in the process friendships have been made and culture divdes crossed. I want 100 poems or spoken word performances to be performed in 100 days via the internet. I am planning on writing as much as I can but I am more interested in making it a collaborative project for poets to have their work heard. The project will require poets to film themselves performing an original poem or spoken word performance of their own creation and upload it to a specific youtube account from which it can be shared with the world. This is an opportunity to show off your talent and to hear other poets work. Before each poem, poets are welcome to introduce themselves and talk about their work and hopefully if this goes well we may be able to set up some slams and meet some wonderful people. 100 poems will commence on the 1st of January and run until the 10th of April.
