Just a short note to let you all know that I have been doing some of the corporate roleplays for this company and found them to be excellent. The trainers you work with, the support from the company and the amount of regular work makes them a terrific organisation to work with.
BUT you must realise that it is not just a 'turn up and do it' type of job. You will need to do your work to the highest level of concentration and study the characteristics of several case studies BEFORE you get into the room. It is a long day but your efforts are welll rewarded and it beats sitting in a stuffy call centre for hours on end!!
Good luck to you all.
