| Topic: Charity Call Centre Work | ||
|---|---|---|
| Hello all, Just after a bit of insight and to pick your brains if you dont mind. Ive been offered a job doing Charity Call Centre work and just wondered if any of you are doing something similar. Apparently they are quite flexible (shift pattern decided a week in advance etc) but wondered if anyone with first hand experience found it flexible??? If you are called to a casting last minute (day before for example) do they let you swop a shift with someone? My only concern is that although it will be relatively easy to get a day or two off for an audition/filming, if it was a longer project like some theatre work where i would need a week or maybe several weeks off, do they usually mind that? I suppose it depends on the individual company, but any thoughts from anyone who has worked in Charity Call Centres directly would be appreciated. Let me know if you found them happy to let you have weeks off here and there, or if they are quite strict on sticking to the week in advance decided rota. Thanks muchly, Eleanor :-) | ||
