About me
I am a British actor trained at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance. Classical theatre experience includes playing Macbeth. Dr. Dorn in Chekov’s The Seagull, Richard III in Shakespeare’s Richard III and as Jason in Euripides’ Medea. My modern theatre experience includes playing, Harry in Vicky Jones award winning The One. Playing five roles in the verbatim theatre piece The Laramie Project: Ten Years Later, Guildenstern in Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and Patsy in Jez Butterworth’s The Winterling.In my past as a television presenter I worked on shows such as ITV’s Massive, part of the channel’s Saturday morning output for teenage viewers. Massive was BAFTA nominated and won a Royal Television Society Award for best entertainment programme. I also fronted shows on MTV, CITV and ITV2 and have also worked extensively behind the camera in production.
I am a former national level triathlete and current competitive cyclist, training up to 13 hours a week with a very high level of fitness and a lean, athletic physique

Additional information:
Vicky Jones, author of 'The One' writes;
'The humour, nuance, hard work and detail you have brought to Harry is truly awesome, thank you.'
Dionne Farrell reviewing of The One for London Pub Theatres
'Nothing is taboo in Jones’ play, and the cast deal brilliantly with this, treading a tight rope between hilarity and seriousness in discussions that veer from rape to pregnancy.... Prepare to feel uncomfortable during this thought-provoking drama, because The One has never looked like this before.'
Maryam Philpott reviewing The Social Notwork for The Reviews Hub
'Malcolm Jeffries almost steals the show with his scene as Ken the camera-loving motivational speaker whose smiley veneer cracks under pressure.'
Siân Rowland reviewing The Social Notwork for London Pub Theatres.
'Malcolm Jeffries as smug motivational speaker Ken starts in fifth gear and keeps the energy going for his scene. He’s such a larger than life character that it would have been good to see him pop up in a later scene too.'
Tony James writes of Richard III
'The stillness you employed in Richard III was most effective, and the single gesture of raising your arm at one point had all the menace and threat of lifting a spear, or giving the thumbs down to some unfortunate in the arena. Excellent, too, was your obvious understanding of the address and the exactitude of your phrasing. The critics told me you were one of the highlights of the evening.'
